We’ve tried to offer a range of breakfast options at Gwaenynog, from the traditional cooked through to the lighter options of fish or porridge, plus vegan and vegetarian options – and everything is cooked fresh, ready for you to enjoy… 

To start:

Fruit juice

Selection of cereals – Cornflakes (pic left), Muesli or Granola

*Fruit Compote & Greek Yogurt


For a traditional cooked breakfast:

*Locally sourced bacon

*Locally sourced sausages

Free range eggs – Boiled, Fried, Poached, or Scrambled (v, vg)

Mushrooms (v, vg)

Tomatoes (v, vg)

Baked Beans (v, vg)

*Black pudding

*Vegetarian sausages (v, vg)

*Vegan Hash (vg) (pic left)


Alternative cooked option:

*Smoked haddock with a poached egg (pic left)

*Smoked salmon & scrambled eggs

 


Lighter options:

Crumpets

Porridge

Croissants

Crumpets (pic left)

*Continental breakfast – with cheese and ham


To follow:

Select either White or Softgrain brown bread

with Marmalade or Blackcurrant jam


To drink:

Freshly made tea

– choose from Glengettie (Welsh), English Breakfast or Earl Grey (available as regular or decaf)

Columbian Filter coffee or decaffeinated filter, Cappuccino, Hot Chocolate or Espresso

Berry, Peppermint or Green herbal teas
